机械装配过程的偏差传递建模理论

摘要: 研究机械装配偏差传递和累积的规律,建立装配过程状态空间模型。以零件特征面为基本元素,集成三维空间中的位置和质量特征信息,建立面向质量分析的零件模型和零件偏差模型。从偏差传递的角度,把零件装配过程分为两个步骤,提出零件基准偏差和配合基准偏差概念,在建立这两类偏差模型以及单个零件装配模型的基础上,建立整机装配过程的状态空间模型。实例证实该模型在装配质量预测和装配过程偏差分析上的有效性,为基于偏差流的应用研究奠定理论基础。

Abstract: Modeling of assembly processes is crucial in predicting quality of precision instruments and machine tools. A state space model for assembly processes is developed to describe variation propagation and accumulation of type-I assembly. A part model which integrates the parameters of orientation, position, and quality characteristics of part surfaces is built for quality analysis. The single part assembly process is divided into two stages. Correspondingly, part datum deviation and fit datum deviation are defined and their models are formulated. A state space model for the whole assembly processes is developed. The results of the industrial case study illustrate that the proposed model can accurately predict assembly quality and effectively analyze assembly variation.
