摘要: 研究在最近邻法基础上注塑模具范例的相似度算法,充分考虑不同历史时段技术发展水平导致的模具设计和加工手段的进步,减小由于庞大的范例库造成的匹配时间复杂度,提出采用过滤机制的方法。首先限定一定的搜索范围,只对此范围内的范例进行相似度计算匹配,从而最大限度的提高系统计算、匹配效率;给出特征权重调整的简洁方法,以对传统最近邻法产生的不精确性进行修正。针对检索到的模具范例,从零部件信息和装配结构两个方面进行调整,提出基于标准件库的离线式零部件编辑和以“配合关系寄存器”为中间件的结构调整方式。最后提出一种设计时范例数据获取与重用的设计过程刻录的在线式范例应用的新方法,为基于范例的自动模具设计开辟新途径。

Abstract: The similarity algorithm of injection mold case based on the nearest-neighbor method is studied, and the progress of mold designing and processing means caused by the technical development level in different historical periods is fully considered, then the method of filtering mechanism is proposed to reduce the complexity of matching time caused by enormous case base. Firstly, a certain searching range is limited, and similarity computation matching is carried out only for the cases in this range, thereby maximally improve the computation and matching efficiency of the system. A concise method of adjustment of feature weight is given, so as to correct the inaccuracy produced by the traditional nearest-neighbor method. According to the mold cases retrieved, adjustments are carried out in two aspects, i.e. parts information and assembly structure. The one is offline parts edit based on the standard parts library, and the other is structural adjustment by taking “match relation register” as middleware. Finally, a new method of obtaining and reusing case data during design is proposed, i.e. the design process is written and recorded online and reused whenever needed, which opens a new way for automatic mold design based on cases.
