新的时序分解算法及其在设备故障诊断中的应用

摘要: 引入一种新的时序分解算法,该算法是由S变换推导出的,可将一维时间序列分解成二维局部时序模型。通过对分离时序中不同的分量进行研究,可得到时序的局部特征及其隐含特性。数值仿真试验验证了该算法用于提取特征信息的可行性。在该时序分解算法基础上定义了一个描述时序统计特征的参数,采用此参数对不同故障齿轮的数据分析验证了该算法对设备故障进行分类的有效性。

Abstract: A new time series decomposition method is introduced. It is deduced from S-transform; the algorithm is used to separate one dimension time series into two dimension local time series. By researching on the different separating component, the local characteristic and implication distinction of the time series can be gained. Though numerical simulations experiment, it is proved that the algorithm is feasible on extracting characteristic information. A statistical characteristics parameter is defined based on the time series decomposition method. It is used for the data analysis of different fault gear; the result indicates the method has an excellent effect on machinery fault classification.
