摘要: 导出薄板单面液体负载时的兰姆波特征方程,并计算出其频散曲线。根据兰姆波中某些模态的特征参数对液体敏感的特性,提出并实现了一种利用超声导波技术实现大型罐体液位定点检测的方法,并给出试验结果。结果表明,液体负载对相速度频散曲线、能量速度频散曲线影响不大,对衰减频散曲线影响较大;试验结果与理论吻合;该方法可用于大型罐体的液位定点检测。

Abstract: The characteristic equation of Lamb waves in a solid plate with loading liquid on single side is derived. The disper- sion curve is also calculated. A new method monitoring the fixed liquid level is presented and implemented, based on the sensitivity of the characteristic parameters, such as, attenuation, of some Lamb wave modes to the presence of liquid. The results show that the presence of liquid has little influence on the phase velocity dispersion curve and energy velocity dispersion curve, but great influence on the attenuation disper- sion curve; the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations and imply that this method is suitable for monitoring the fixed liquid level of large tanks.
