基于案例推理和事物特性表的零件工时估算方法

摘要: 零件工时估算结果是确定产品交货期和编制复杂ETO产品粗生产计划的重要参考依据。分析零件工时定额的确定方法和用于零件工时估算的事物特性表的构建方法,提出零件工时估算的相似性机理与过程模型,给出基于事物特性表的相似零件识别方法,以提高用于工时估算的参考零件选择的合理性和准确性。在此基础上,提出一种基于案例推理和事物特性表的零件工时估算方法。以某企业工业汽轮机主轴的机械加工工时估算为例,对所提出的估算方法进行验证,并对估算误差进行分析。

Abstract: For a complex engineering-to-order(ETO) product, the evalua-tion results of machine hour of its parts are main basis to work out possible production program and calculate lead-time. How to measure standard machine hour and build SML for machine hour evaluation of parts are analyzed. The similarity principles and a process model for machine hour evaluation of parts are presented. In order to increase rationality and veracity of sam-ple parts selection, a SML-based identified method of similar parts is presented. Furthermore, a case-based reasoning(CBR) and SML-based evaluation method of machine hour of a part is presented. Taking machine hour evaluation of the spindle of industry stream turbine as an example, the CBR and SML-based evaluation method are verified and evaluation error is analyzed.
