摘要: 脱粒损伤是影响水稻谷粒的储藏质量、整精米率及种子发芽率的重要原因之一。利用相对运动原理和碰撞理论,推导水稻谷粒和脱粒零件碰撞过程中的相对动能的变化。基于能量平衡原理和断裂力学理论,导出和脱粒零件碰撞中水稻谷粒损伤产生新表面的自由表面能。利用积分原理,计算脱粒损伤量及圆形、矩形断面脱粒零件在相同条件下对水稻谷粒损伤量的比例关系,分析影响脱粒损伤的因素,验证结论的正确性,在脱粒机械对谷粒的脱粒损伤研究方面提出了一条新思路。

Abstract: The relative motion of rice grain with threshing tooth is analyzed. Using the principles of impulse and relative motion, the changes of grain relative velocity and kinetic during impact between threshing tooth and grain are given. Based on the con-servation of energy law and the theories of fracture mechanism, surface energy absorbed by grain is obtained. The quantity of threshing injury to rice grain is calculated. Round and rectan-gular section threshing teeth are compared. Good correlation is found between the calculation and the experimental results. A method for researching the threshing injury to rice grain is given.
