模块柔性划分方法

摘要: 首先分析研究现有的具有代表性的几种模块划分原则,在此基础上提出划分原则的四个评价指标。通过对现有几种典型划分原则的比较总结,提出一种三维维系下的模块划分原则。接着,对现有几种典型的模块划分方法进行分类分析,并对其进行优劣分析和比较。在此基础上提出模块柔性划分方法,尤其强调该柔性方法中与工程实践相结合的部分——已有产品族模块化改造,并分别以流程框架图的形式阐述上述模块划分方法的内容和步骤,进而明确划分模块的具体数学实现方法。结合工程实践,以起重机中的典型部件——“梁”为例,进行柔性划分方法的应用验证。

Abstract: The existing representative of the modular division methods are analyzed, and the four indicators of the principle of division are put forward. By comparison summary, the principles of modules division under the three-dimensional are brought out. Then, the existing methods for modules division are classified and analyzed. Moreover, the superiority and shortcoming of the existing methods are summarized and compared. Based on the analysis, a flexible modular division method has been concluded. Particularly emphasis the combination of engineering practice in the method——“The modular trans-formation of the existing product family”. The content and steps of the method are explained in the form of flow chart. Furthermore, gives a clear delineation of the specific module mathematical method. Finally, combining the engineering prac-tice of the typical crane parts——“beam”, the flexible method are verified.
