摘要: 在分析与计算新型Hy-Vo齿形链变节距特性的基础上,提出“当量边心距”的概念,指出“定位偏置角”的设计原则。在研究新型Hy-Vo齿形链、链轮、滚刀之间的啮合与滚切原理的基础上,建立三者之间主要参数的谐应关系,提出可用于指导新型Hy-Vo齿形链、链轮及其滚刀设计计算的解析表达式。试验研究表明,这种新的设计方法是切实可行的。

Abstract: Based on the study of the variable pitch characteristic of new Hy-Vo silent chain, the notion of virtual side-center distance is brought up, and the design principle of the fixed position angular displacement is pointed out. By studying the meshing theory of new Hy-Vo silent chain and sprockets and the rolling cutting machining theory of sprocket and hob, the harmonious relations of dominating design parameters among new Hy-Vo silent chain, sprocket and hob is built, and the resolved expressions that can instruct designing and calculation are brought up. The test study shows that the new design method is feasible.
