摘要: 确定了一对圆渐开线作为涡旋齿啮合型线的条件,创建了用圆渐开线修正涡旋齿齿头而得到全啮合型线的修正方法。详细介绍了该修正齿形的生成方法,得到了各齿形参数间的变化关系、修正型线方程和各连接点的坐标,讨论了修正齿形的特点和齿形参数的变化对修正齿形的影响。相同条件下与双圆弧修正齿形相比,圆渐开线修正齿形增加啮合转角10°~25°,增加涡旋齿的加强角度12°~30°,能进一步提高压缩比和齿头强度。结果表明:该修正方法优于现有的任何一种型线修正方法,所得到的修正涡旋齿的综合性能较高。研究结果可直接应用于型线修正设计中。

Abstract: The condition of a pair of circle involutes being used as meshing profile for a scroll wrap is proposed. The wrap profile modification using circle involute curve is established, and by this method the perfect meshing profile can be obtained. The generation of this modified wrap is investigated, in addition, the variation relationship of modified wrap parameters, the equations of modification profile as well as the coordinates of important design points are derived. The effects of profile modification on the modified wrap’s performances are discu- ssed in detailed when the wrap parameters are changed. Compared with the wrap modified by using twin-circular arcs, this modified wrap improves wrap’s meshing angle 10°~25°, increases wrap’s strengthened angle 12°~30°, so that the pressure ratio and wrap head strength are improved. This modification method, by which the modified wrap has the higher performance, is more perfect than the present profile modification method. The study results can be applied in the calculation of profile modification directly.
