摘要: 论述了无转速转矩传感器的刮水器电动机机械特性测试基本原理;分析了小波脊线与信号瞬时频率的关系,提出了基于小波脊线的刮水器电动机机械特性测试新方法。对实测数据进行处理的结果表明,该方法能够实现无传感器的刮水器电动机机械特性快速准确测试。同时由于小波基函数具有良好的时频局部特性,该方法具有很强的抗干扰性能。

Abstract: The essential theory of the mechanical characteristic test of the wiper motor without torque and speed sensors is discussed in this paper. The relationship between wavelet ridge and instantaneous frequency is analyzed and a new method of the mechanical characteristic test of the wiper motor based on wavelet ridge algorithm is proposed. Experimental results show that the mechanical characteristic curve of the wiper motor can be rapidly and exactly acquired based on wavelet ridge.
