内燃式水动力系统方案设计与仿真结果

摘要: 提出了一种内燃式水动力系统,该系统集成了内燃机与柱塞式水泵技术。针对三种典型的内燃式水动力系统,着重论述了系统方案、工作机理、工作特点及研发中的关键问题。通过数值模拟可知,该系统与传统的活塞式内燃机—柱塞式水泵能量组合系统相比,燃油消耗率全工况相对改善12%~42.78%,有效热效率全工况相对改善13.63%~74.75%,运转不均匀度全工况相对改善4.66%~15.57%,输出压力全工况相对改善15.21%~76.61%,输出流量全工况相对降低0.69%~2.13%。

Abstract: A kind of internal combustion hydraulic system (ICHS) is put forward, which integrates the technologies of internal combustion engine and plunger water pump. Aiming at three typical ICHS, system scheme, working mechanics, working characters and the key problems in development are discussed emphatically. Through data analogue, compared with traditional piston internal combustion driving plunger water pump in total conditions, oil consumption improves by 12%~42.78%, effective thermal efficiency by 13.63%~74.75%, running unevenness by 4.66%~15.57%, output pressure by 15.21%~76.61% and output flow by 0.69%~2.13%.
