超大构件机加工的定位拟合算法

摘要: 通过预设特征测量点的方法简化测量,并通过几何拟合算法和数学规划优化算法均化毛坯变形造成的误差。对两种算法的拟合特性进行了定量分析。在测量点数目为3对的情况下,几何拟合算法的效果与和数学规划优化算法相差很小,但前者的计算时间要远少于后者;当测量点数目超过3对时,数学规划优化算法的拟合效果明显提高,但计算时间上升较快。轨道梁机加工实际应用主要采用几何拟合算法。

Abstract: The measurement is simplified by preinstalling measuring points, and the error from blank anamorphosis is homogenized by positioning fitting algorithm and mathematic programming optimum algorithm. The fitting characteristics of two al-gorithms are analyzed quantitatively. When measuring points have 3 pairs, the results of two algorithm have little difference, the calculating time of positioning fitting algorithm, however, is much shorter than that of mathematic programming optimum algorithm. When measuring points exceed 3 pairs, the fitting effect of mathematic programming optimum algorithm increases distinctly, but calculating time increases rapidly; in practical application of the machining of maglev guideway girder, geometric fitting algorithm is mainly adopted.
