超高速电液比例系统H∞控制器的研究

摘要: 建立了超高速电液比例系统的动态数学模型及状态空间表达式,分析了跟踪补偿和不确定性补偿对系统的影响,并根据模型的描述设计了混合灵敏度H∞控制器。仿真结果表明:利用H∞控制算法可以得到带宽为100 Hz以上稳定的超高速电液比例系统,确保了良好的跟踪精度。最后通过试验验证了超高速电液比例系统H∞控制器的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: The mathematical dynamical model and state-space function of a super high-speed electro-hydraulic proportional system is built. Tracking compensation and undetermined compensation’s influence on the system is analyzed, and hybrid sensitivity H∞ controller is designed according to model. Simulation results indicate:band-width up to 100 Hz steady super high-speed electro-hydraulic proportional system can be gotten, algorithm of H∞ control is utilized, ensuring good tracking precision. The correctness and effectiveness of the H∞ controller are proved by experiment in the super high-speed electro-hydraulic proportional system.
