超大深径比深小孔的工艺方法和电极研制

摘要: 深径比超过1 000的深小孔加工是世界难题,尤其是直径小于3 mm的深小孔。在分析普通电火花深孔加工和专业电火花深小孔加工机床对超大深径比小孔加工仍存在排残屑、散热、稳定性差和导向困难等基础上,为克服上述问题而发明了一种其导向、稳定性与加工深度无关的自导向、自稳定的特殊电极,并给出了可靠的工艺实施方案方法,独特的工件倒置安装方式,表述了加工规律和试验结果。

Abstract: It is a difficult machining issue of world level for micro-hole of extra large aspect ratio, especially for those with aspect ratio over 1 000, and diameter less than 3 mm to be machined. On basis of analysis for the existing problems, when processed on generally purposed EDM machine tool or even specially purposed one existed for deep micro-hole, such as difficulty of evacuation for debris and disperse of heat generated in machining, unstable machining course, no proper way to guide the existing tube electrode and so on, a new kind of special three-jaw tube electrode is illustrated and discussed, which overcomes the above mentioned difficulties and ensures self guide and self stabilization in machining, and a practicable process strategy, which specializes in an up-side-down install- ation of work piece, with tested result, is demonstrated and analyzed in detail.
