零件结构的联动式进化设计方法

摘要: 零件结构是几何元素与附着于几何元素之上设计意图的综合体,如何有效地实现两者统一表示是零件结构进化设计技术研究的一个重要问题。在以联结单元定义实现结构联结约束抽象表达基础上,采用联结语义关联图给出面向进化设计的零件结构模型表示,提出了面向过程进化的联结单元运算操作方法,将进化运算和结构进化模型重构的联动式进化算法相结合,实现零件结构进化模型动态编辑。

Abstract: The parts structure is a synthesis of geometrical element and design intent attached to geometrical element. It is an important issue of the evolutionary design technology research for parts structure to how to effectively realize uniform representation of both. First, coupling modelon is defined to express structure coupling constraint abstractly. Based on that, a coupling semantics relation graph is given to show the parts structure model for evolutionary design. Then, an operation method for coupling semantics which focus on the process evolution is presented. This method integrates evolutionary operation and linkage-evolutionary algorithm for structure model rebuilding to realize the dynamically editing for parts structure evolutionary model.
