多特征的位形空间理论及其在定向公差建模与评定中的应用

摘要: 结合李群李代数方法,系统地研究了多特征的位形空间理论,给出了定向公差约束子流形的局部参数显式表达。按照ASME Y14.5.1M-1994标准的形式给出了定向公差的建模与评定的问题描述,由于得到了约束子流形的参数表达式,定向公差评定问题具有与形状公差评定相同的描述形式,从而可以直接应用形状公差评定算法在约束子流形上求解。最后以面对面倾斜度公差为例,应用所提出的理论和方法进行公差建模与评定。

Abstract: A systematic introduction to the theory of configuration space of multi-features is given, appealing to Lie groups and algebras. Local parametrization of the constrained submanifold is obtained. Then problem formulation is given in the form of the ASME Y14.5.1M-1994 standard. Since the configuration space of toleranced features is explicitly formulated, orientation tolerances can be modeled and evaluated using algorithms for form error evaluation problems, constrained in the submanifold. Finally an example of plane-to-plane angularity is given to illustrate our proposed method for tolerance modeling and evaluation.
