摘要: 分析了零件表面形成三要素确定机床的功能, 提出了以三要素模块为可重构粒度划分可重构机床模块的理论,用该理论容易使可重构机床的设计制造成本最低,为可重构机床的研究、设计和制造打下了比较好的基础, 并在可重构慢走丝电火花线切割机床设计中得到了应用。

Abstract: That the function of machine tools is determined by three elements of workpiece shapes is analysed. A theory that divides reconfigurable machine tools into modulus according to reconfigurable grain size of three elements modulus is put forward. The cost of reconfigurable machine tools based on the theory will be lowest easily. The theory lays a better foundation for researching、designing and building reconfigurable machine tools. The application of the theory for reconfigurable lower speed wire electrical discharge machine tools( LS-WEDM) is studied.
