Abstract: Matching production is a machining method used in precise manufacturing, scheduling restriction is added by this method and scheduling is made more difficult. In order to resolve this problem, at the base of standardizing scheduling restriction, standardizing scheduling operation technology and heuristic scheduling algorithm orienting matching production are develop-ed to guarantee rapid scheduling. At this base, scheduling result optimization method and scheduling evaluation standard are built. In the end scheduling, evaluation integrated man-machine coope-ration scheduling system is realized and an effective scheduling tool is offered to matching production.
