摘要: 分析了液压位置控制系统中活塞运动速度与液压缸油压之间普遍存在的蝶形特性,提出一种自适应补偿方法,该方法能降低活塞在不同方向上运动的非线性,并能有效降低负载力对液压缸活塞移动速度的影响,提高系统的动态性能。由于确定补偿系数所需要的参量均由现场仪表直接提供或仅需经过简单的转换得到,故而具有很强的适用性。该方法已应用于国内热轧带钢厂,并取得良好的控制效果。

Abstract: The butterfly characteristic between the speed of piston and the pressure of oil in hydraulic position control system is analyzed, and a kind of adaptive compensation method is proposed. The method can compensate the nonlinearity of piston’s movement in different directions, reduce the influence of load force from hydraulic cylinder piston’s velocity effectively, and also improve dynamic performances of the system. The method has good applicability in that parameters used to choose compensation coefficients can be obtained from field meters directly or just through simple transforming. It is applied to domestic hot strip plants, and has good performance.
