金属棒料高速精密剪切试验研究

摘要: 针对目前国内外常用下料方法存在断面质量差、生产率低等问题,提出了一种新的棒料高速精密剪切方法与理论。重点分析了各种剪切工艺参数对剪切断面质量的影响并对该高速精密剪切技术进行了试验研究,得到了良好的剪切效果。在此基础上还进行了金相分析对比,深入研究了高速剪切断面的微观组织形态,进一步说明了高速剪切与普通剪切相比具有更好的断面质量。并将此试验得出的有利于改善下料质量的适宜剪切工艺的参数作了总结,有助于该项新技术的推广应用。

Abstract: The influence of various shearing parameters on quality of cracking surface is analyzed. The experiment research of high-speed precision shearing technique is performed and better shearing quality is gotten. On the above basis, the metallography analysis is performed and the microcosmic struc-ture on the cracking surface is researched. This result shows that as compared with common cutting method the high-speed shearing method can get better cracking quality. Some factors influencing the bar shearing quality is discussed and the best shearing parameters is determined, which is conducive to the application and spreading of this new technology.
