一种基于动态粗集的工件滚动调度识别方法

摘要: 为在动态加工环境下采用滚动优化调度时,研究了调度窗口内工件的识别问题。基于动态粗集和其元素动态迁移特性,提出了一种工件滚动调度识别方法,考虑在工件加工过程中有生产设备损坏、工件到期时间改变和急加工工件等动态环境中,通过滚动优化调度工件的识别,不仅能适应加工环境的动态变化,获得满意的调度结果,而且减少了再调度次数和调度问题求解的规模。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To study a job identification problem in the rolling horizon optimal scheduling window under dynamic processing environment. To present a job identification method of rolling scheduling based on dynamic rough sets and its element transfer characteristic, in case of the machine failure, the due data change of jobs and the urgent jobs. Using the proposed method, not only the dynamic processing environment is adapted and a satisfied scheduling result is obtained, but also the rescheduling degree and the problem dimension are decreased. The simulation results demonstrate the availability of this method.
