摘要: 在分析国内外变自由度、变结构机构研究成果的基础上,提出了蜕变因子—变约束运动副的概念:变约束运动副通过控制两运动副元素的接触状态,改变运动副提供的约束数,使其具有可自动转换成高副和低副的功能。开发出七种蜕变因子。给出了蜕变因子控制的概念,建立了“蜕变因子控制机构构态转换原理”,通过原始机构选择、组合和蜕变因子约束数U的自动控制,形成了具有特殊功能的蜕变机构。减速超越离合器和往复摆动增力扳手的研制,验证了这一原理在机械装置创新设计中的理论指导作用。

Abstract: With the research into the mechanism of changeable-structure and changeable degree of freedom, the novel conception of mechanism stransforming factor is proposed and its function is explored in the light of the seven kindes of mechanism transforming factors. Thus the rationale of the mechanism conformation change based on transforming factor control is developed. With the research of reduction-overrun- ning clutch, this rationale has proved to be theoretical guidelines for the creativity in designing mechanical devices.
