摘要: 介绍了基于双目立体视觉的便携式激光扫描三维形貌测量系统,该系统的测头部分安装了 5 个激光器,将扫描速度提高了 5 倍,而且采用两个摄像机同时摄取扫描激光光条图像,避免了对投射激光的标定过程。根据立体视觉原理,经图像匹配,可计算得到光条上所有点的空间位置和深度,即被测空间曲面的三维信息。阐述了非接触三维形貌测量的原理和方法,试验结果证明了系统的可行性和适用性。

Abstract: A portable 3D laser scanning measure system based on stereo vision is introduced. 5 lasers were fixed in de visual sensor, so the scanning speed could be increased by 5 times. By means of collecting the images with laser strips by two CCD cameras and matching the image, avoided the calibration of the laser. The position and depth of points on the scanning laser strips can be obtained by the disparity. With explaining the principle and method used in the measurement of 3D contour, the result of experiment shows the preciseness of the measurement system.
