摘要: 提出一种带有水冷定子机座的高密度无刷永磁牵引电动机及其设计原则。对该电动机,应用一般化尺寸方程理论进行了概念设计;应用动态有限元软件进行了逆变器供电驱动电路和电动机有限元耦合仿真的性能分析计算;对样机进行了测试,证实性能满足设计指标。

Abstract: A new high power-density brushless permanent magnet traction motor with water-cooling stator frame as well as design guideline is presented. This motor is conceptually designed with the generalized sizing equation. The performance of the motor fed by power converter is analyzed with the transient finite-element simulation software based on the simulation technology coupling power-converter circuits with finite- element analyses. The prototype motor is tested. The tested results show the satisfaction of the required specifications.
