摘要: 按照V型开发模式对燃料电池城市客车的整车控制器(Vehicle control unit,VCU)进行了开发,取得了初步的成功,所开发的整车控制器成功装车运行。按照V型开发模式的各个阶段,对以32位单片机为核心的控制器开发过程的核心关键问题进行了分析和探讨。不仅初步制定了控制器过程中的各种规范标准,例如高低温冷热冲击、电磁兼容测试、振动冲击等,还搭建了开发VCU的开发和调试平台,为规范评价VCU的各种性能指标、采取针对性的设计措施奠定了基础。对控制算法的图形化编程、OSEK标准的嵌入式实时操作系统的应用、控制代码在线升级、网络化的监控和通信等关键的技术在VCU中的集成进行了探索。

Abstract: According to the V-Type process, the vehicle electronic controller (VCU) of the fuelcell hybrid city bus is developed. Following the different stages in the V-cycle, the key problems of the controller based on the 32 bits MCU are analyzed and discussed. Not only the EMC, temperature and vibration test standard of the VCU are established, but also the platform of test and debug system of the VCU is constructed. The platform is helpful to evaluate and design the VCU. The technologies of algorithms GUI design, OSEK application, ISP, Monitoring technique and network communication of the VCU are explored.
