摘要: 联合数值模拟与温度场测量手段,反演了LY2铝合金焊接过程的热导率数据。将热导率数据分段线性化后,采用稳态下的低温数据及外推的高温数据作为初值,将其代入有限元模型中,模拟出焊接过程的温度场。使用热电偶测量了实际情况下的温度场,并计算温度模拟与测量之间的误差。应用遗传算法,计算出了不断改变热导率初值时温度模拟与试验间误差的最小值,此时对应的热导率数值即为所求。计算结果表明,热导率随温度变化速度的不同,出现不同的滞后现象。在此基础上,给出了焊接条件下热传导材料系数随温度及温度变化速度之间关系的模型。

Abstract: In order to determine the thermal conductivities of LY2 Al alloy during welding, an inverse method is conducted by combination of numerical simulation and temperature mea- surements. After the thermal conductivities are linearized in the different temperature regions, initial thermal conductivity values gotten from handbook and extrapolation are substitu-ted into a finite element model (FEM) to simulate the welding temperature field during the whole welding process. On the other hand, the temperature field is measured by several thermal couples and the errors between simulation and exper- iment are computed. The thermal conductivity values are varied, the temperature field is simulated, and the genetic algorithm is adopted to choose the thermal conductivity values, with which the error between the simulation and the experimental results reaches its minimum. These thermal conductivity values show that the different lag with different rate of temperature change. A model is built to analyze the relation among the thermal conductivity, temperature, and the rate of temperature change.
