摘要: 在单参数刀具面族包络原理的基础上,以刀具包络面与设计曲面之间的最小极差为优化目标,依据所给出的三个命题,首先讨论了柱刀侧铣非可展直纹面的刀位计算方法,提出了三点偏置法来确定初始刀位,然后采用最小二乘法进一步优化刀位。随后,以柱刀刀位规划方法为平台提出了锥刀的刀位计算方法。最后,给出了两个计算实例。计算结果表明所给出的方法可以获得令人满意的结果。

Abstract: A positioning strategy is presented to minimize the error range based on one parameter envelope theory for flank milling undevelopable ruled surfaces with cylindrical cutter and conical cutter. Based on three propositions, a global optimization theory of tool positioning is described in detail. Firstly, a positioning strategy of cylindrical cutter with least square is presented. Based on the method of cylindrical cutter, a posi-tioning strategy of conical cutter is presented subsequently. At last, two examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the developed flank milling technique. The results show that the two methods are accurate and effective.
