摘要: 介绍了一种新型的单周期脉冲MIG焊控制法,该法采用非线性控制,通过实时采集电弧电压信号,控制每一个脉冲周期内的平均电弧电压和预设值相同,系统具有很强的弧长调节能力。当扰动发生时,在每一个周期内,电弧电压的平均值和设定值之间既不存在静态误差也不存在瞬态误差,弧长可以在数个周期内调整到稳定。在深入研究电弧动态调节过程的基础上,对原来方案进行优化设计。试验结果表明,该系统具有优异的电弧自身调节特性,焊接工艺性能良好。

Abstract: A new one-cycle-control method of pulsed MIG arc welding system is designed. With nonlinear control method and real-time arc voltage acquisition, this method controls the average voltage in each cycle and makes it equal to the pre-set reference signal. The control system possesses excellent dynamic response. When disturbance happens, in every cycle, there is neither static error nor dynamic error between average arc voltage and pre-set reference signal. The arc length will be adjusted to stable status in several cycles. The experiment result indicates that the designed control system possesses excellent are self-adjustment property and welding procedure characteristic.
