摘要: 针对现行悬浮式精冲模架存在的主要缺点,设计了导向精度可调和气液组合弹力结构的单向精冲模架。当压边模套与导套之间因磨损产生间隙时,借助调节设在侧面的调节螺栓,便可消除产生的间隙;与碟形弹簧相比,气液组合弹力结构具有弹力可调和弹性变形行程大的优点。还设计了能实现冲裁力和背压力同时作用的对向精冲模架。此外简要介绍了强力压边精冲和对向精冲的工艺和模具。

Abstract: With regard to the leading defects existing in the current suspending fine blanking dieholder, a one-orientation fine blanking dieholder which has adjustable oriented precision and an elastic structure with gas-liquid combination is designed. By adjusting the lateral bolts, the clearance that is caused by abrading between the die sleeve and the guiding sleeve will be eliminated. Compared with dishing spring, the elastic structure with gas-liquid combination has the merits of adjustable elasticity and longer elastic deforming stroke. The subtended fine blanking dieholder that realized simultaneity actions of blanking force and opposite force is also designed. Besides, the technics and dies of forceful beading fine blanking and opposite fine blanking are briefly introduced.
