节流短管内制冷剂流动的两流体模型

摘要: 制冷剂在短管内的两相节流过程存在显著的动力学和热力学非平衡特性。建立了描述节流短管内制冷剂两相流的六方程两流体模型,模型中考虑了相间速度滑移和温度滑移。计算表明,制冷剂在短管内比在毛细管(长管)内的闪蒸过程具有更大的相间速度滑移和温度滑移。对R134a在短管内的流量特性进行了预测,与试验数据偏差小于±20%。

Abstract: The flow of refrigerant in short tube exists obvious hydrodynamic and thermodynamic non-equilibrium. A non-equilibrium two-fluid model with six equations for two-phase flow of refrigerant in short tube is developed. Both interphase velocity slip and interphase temperature slip are taken into account in the model. The calculation results show that velocity slip and temperature slip in a short tube are larger than that in a capillary tube. Comparison between the experimental data of R134a flowing through short tubes and predictions give acceptable deviations of ±20%.
