摘要: 采用n维约束复合形法优化理论,系统地模拟分析了SP轧机同步机构和侧压机构的运动规律。对同步框架大小偏心的尺寸进行优化,计算出同步机构的最大匀速段区间,在此基础上对侧压框架的初始角度和偏心距进行优化分析,得出模块最大有效行程的一组最优值。对SP机构模块运动的实际使用值和优化值进行了比较,为掌握SP轧机的运动特性和进一步改进SP轧机提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Complex method is adopted, SP rolling mill’s kinematics rule of synchronism machanism and side machanism are completely simulated by engineering calculation software fortran language. At first the sizes of little and big eccentric center are optimized, the result of maximal constant velocity interval is obtained by calculation, at this base, the initial angular and eccentricity of side framing are optimization analysed. A group of optimal values of die maximal validity range are obtained. A conclusion of initial design is rational, through comparing reality used value of SP machanism die’s kinematics with optimization value. It gets a theory to understand SP rolling mill kinetic characteristic and improve further.
