带间隙的双线滞回系统的非线性振动

摘要: 分析了惯性振动圆锥破碎机的非线性动力响应问题。考虑到物料的滞回作用,将系统简化为具有间隙的双线性滞回单自由度力学模型。利用渐近法计算出系统的等效阻尼和等效刚度系数。进而利用Poincaré截面、分叉图以及李氏指数等非线性动力学分析方法,研究了该模型的非线性动力响应。通过对模型的动力学分析,研究了含有滞回恢复力这种耗能比较大的非线性振动系统的周期、倍周期以及混沌振动及其出现特点。计算结果表明,在特定的参数范围内系统出现无序的混沌运动。

Abstract: Consider the hysteretic characteristic of processed material, a bilinear hysteresis model is utilized to describe the dynamical behavior of a kind of vibrating crusher. The equivalent coefficients of damping and stiffness to the hysteresis can be deduced by means of asymptotic method. Nonlinear dynamics techniques, such as Poincaré sections, bifurcation diagrams and the largest Lyapunov exponents, are employed to ascertain dynamics responses of a SDOF model of vibrating crasher with bilinear hysteresis. A variety of nonlinear dynamic responses of the nonlinear system underg- oing periodic, quasi-periodic and chaotic vibrations are observed, and some design recommendations are provided.
