摘要: 建立了限速切断阀在液压电梯系统中的数学模型,利用MATALAB中的SIMULINK工具对限速切断阀的流量关断特性及其在液压电梯系统中的阶跃特性进行了仿真分析,并在模拟试验平台及液压电梯试验台上对限速切断阀进行了系统全面的试验研究,仿真结果和试验结果相比较,两者基本相符。为以后同类阀的设计提供了理论和试验参考依据。

Abstract: Mathematical models of pipe rupture valve in hydraulic elevator systems are established, the valve’s flow cut-off performance and step response characteristics in hydraulic elevator systems are analyzed on the simulink environment of matlab kits. A comprehensively experiment research is carried out using analogous test rig and hydraulic elevator experiment rig, the numerical simulations coincide with experiment results in general. The theory and experiment references are provided for designing pipe rupture valve.
