一种大流量高速开关阀的研究与设计

摘要: 介绍了一种新型的大流量高速开关阀,它采用二级控制,先导阀采用特殊心结构,并以超磁致伸缩驱动器作为电—机转换装置,大大提高了阀的切换速度及开关频率;主阀采用球阀结构,密封性好,响应速度快。试验结果表明,该阀切换时间为8~10 ms,最大输出流量达到120 L/min。与压电晶体式高速开关阀比较,能够获得更大的输出流量,而耗电功率却大大降低,是一种很有前途的高速开关阀。

Abstract: A new kind of high-speed on/off valve is recommended. It has two-stages structure, in which a special valve spool and a giant magnetostrictive actuator as electric- mechanism switchover sets are used for the pilot stage, so the switch speed and frequency of the valve are greatly increased. The second stage of the valve has a ball valve, so its sealing property and respond speed is well. The result of experiment shows that the time of switch is 8~10 ms and the maximum flow has get to 120 L/min. Comparing with the piezoelectric high-speed on-off valve, this valve can get a more output flow and the fall of con-sume of electric power and is a kind of up-and-coming high speed on-off valve.
