摘要: 以给定刀具特性和工件材料(7050-T7451)为对象,将铣削力试验结果作为有限元分析铣削加工过程的条件,分析计算了影响被加工零件尺寸稳定性即加工变形的主要因素——残余应力,并建立了铣削产生的残余应力与铣削参数间的数学关系式。在分析计算过程中,利用有限元软件中的生死单元思想,模拟加工过程的材料去除现象,同时考虑到刀具切入工件时的冲击效应,采用微时间步来模拟刀具接触工件瞬间的力学性质,从而使计算结果更贴近真实

Abstract: Taking the giving character of cutting tool and special material (7050-T7451) as object, using the milling force model which comes from the milling experiment as the boundary conditions of FEM, the main factors, I.e. the residual stress, which affects the dimension stability and distortion of the finished parts are analyzed. Then, the mathematical model contacting the residual stress with milling parameters is founded. In the course of analysis, the idea of kill-elements is introduced to simulate the material removing, and considering the impaction of cutting tool as soon as it cuts in the parts, the instant mechanics characteristic of the cutting tool contacting parts is simulated by micro-time steps, so that ensure the analysis result be more actual.
