摘要: 通过对轮胎稳态温度场的理论分析,建立了轮胎温度场高温点域的概念,并通过实例计算,对轮胎温度场高温点域进行了量化描述。提出在轮胎温度场高温点域埋设微型温度传感器将有助于人们准确掌握轮胎生热和温升情况,避免轮胎在其临界温度下高速运转,防止汽车“爆胎”现象发生。

Abstract: Through the theory analysis of the tire steady state temperature field, the conception of the high temperature dot region of the tire temperature field is established, and through the example calculation , the description of the tire high temperature dot region is given. The idea of burying subminiature temperature sensors at the tire high temperature dot region is put forward. It will help people understand the instance of the tire heat and avoid tire high speed running at its critical temperature, thus preventing automobile happening burst tire.
