溢流补偿型液压位置保持系统的研究及应用

摘要: 提出了一种创新的溢流补偿型液压位置保持系统技术方案。在进油补偿液压位置保持系统的基础上,增加了对位置偏移时液压缸非压缩腔的溢流控制,使系统可以通过降低非压缩腔的压力来获得更大的压差。研究结果表明,在受到相同干扰外载的影响时,系统响应速度和控制精度得到了大幅提高,而需要的供油压力和流量减少,有利于降低投资成本,减少能耗。实际应用于大型模锻水压机同步平衡系统表明,系统性能优异,具有很高的工程推广价值。

Abstract: A new oil leak-off compensating tech in the hydraulic position-holding system is presented. On the basis of the traditional oil-fed compensating in the hydraulic position- holding system, the new tech adds the control of oil which leaks off from the expansion chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to reduce the pressure in it and gain much more bigger pressure difference on the plunger as a result. The analysis results show that, under the same external disturbing force influence, the tech has a very high response speed and control precision with lower oil source pressure and less flux needed. The application of the tech in the synchronism-balancing system of the large-scale forging press has a very nice performance.
