球形转子不平衡量的一种自动测量方法

摘要: 利用面阵CCD和PCI图像卡,将转子上一固定标志点转化为图像中局部特征的亮度并用数字图像处理技术提取标志点的位置从而记录转子摆动过程,以转子的运动方程为状态方程,建立最优估计模型对采集得到的摆动轨迹进行辨识,得到了转子的不平衡量。对测量系统进行的误差分析及试验结果证明整个测量装置具有可自动测量、测量时间短和测量精度高的优点。

Abstract: The optimal estimation of the mass unbalance of spherical rotor is got by adopting nonlinear Kalman filter to process time series data of hunting trace of the spherical rotor. The nonlinear time series data are obtained by using two dimensional monochrome CCD and PCI image board which time-sequentially capture the hunting rotor’s image in which a certain identification point characterized by its grey level is recorded of its position on the rotor by using image processing technique. The system error and random error are analyzed and the experimental results which prove the system has the merits of self-operated measuring, timesaving run duration, high precision are given.
