摘要/Abstract

摘要： 利用幂律流体的本构方程建立了幂律流体在斜齿齿轮泵轴向间隙中的泄漏模型，并得到了最佳轴向间隙的隐函数式及轴向摩擦功率，同时给出实例并进行了数值计算。研究结果为聚合物齿轮泵的间隙优化设计及功率特性提供了重要的理论依据。

关键词: 聚合物流体, 斜齿齿轮泵, 轴向漏流特性

Abstract: It is founded to the leak model of ax-clearence of polymer fluid with utilization the origin equation, and the hidden function of the best clearence is obtained, simultaneously it is proceed to the numeric calculation. The investigative results offer the important theory foundation of the design of polymer gear pump.
