现代产品几何量技术规范(GPS)国际标准体系

摘要: 现代产品几何量技术规范(GPS)是国际标准化组织“尺寸与几何技术委员会(ISO/TC213)”基于新一代GPS语言提出的新的国际标准体系,它以计量数学为基础,给出产品功能、技术规范、制造与计量之间的量值传递的数学方法,为产品设计、制造及计量测试人员提供了一个无歧义的信息交流平台。详细研究了新体系的框架、概念及运作方法,给出它的科学基础,提出实际应用的方法。

Abstract: The ISO/TC213 recently published the new generation ISO standard system of GPS (Dimensional and geometrical product specification and verification ) based on the new GPS language. The GPS language system based on metrology mathematics gives the mathematics methods of the expression and specifications of requirements relating to a wide range of workpiece functions between design, manufacture and metrology. The new GPS is designed as the means of communication in which designers, production engineers and metrologists exchange unambiguous information concerning the functional requirements of products. The masterplan structure of the new GPS system, important concepts, scientific foundations and application techniques in engineering are presented.
