摘要: 研究了汽车车身中以弯曲为主要特征的结构件成形特点,对一步成形逆有限元法进行了改进,提出了一种基于截面线不动点轨迹线展开的初始场预示算法,将其应用于弯曲成形件的一步成形模拟中。对客车牵引架和货车纵梁(前端)两个实际算例进行了一步成形模拟,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,收到良好效果。

Abstract: Characters of bend forming in automotive body parts are studied and the one step forming inverse FEM is improved. An algorithm of the initial guess based on locus line spreading, which is composed of fixed points on section line, has been developed and applied to the simulation scheme of one step forming. Then two practical examples of railcar and wing blank are cited. Comparison between experimental results and simulated ones show the validity of the algorithm.
