铰接式高速列车运行平稳性及其试验研究

摘要: 以高速列车的运行平稳性为研究对象,采用面向对象的建模技术,建立了三车铰接编组、带车端悬架的三车编组以及单车的垂向及横向非线性动力学模型,进行了时域和频域计算分析。研究表明车辆间采用铰接方式进一步增强了车辆间的耦合,能有效地保证列车高速运行时的平稳性,减振性能比仅采用车端悬架的方案优越,并且运用时域仿真给出了车端悬架参数的优选范围。研制成功的铰接式高速试验车组在室内振动台上进行了试验研究,试验结果表明在轨道高激扰的条件下,该设计完全能满足高速运行下的舒适性要求。

Abstract: The ride quality of whole train is studied. Based on the object-oriented modeling technique and the Matlab/Simulink, vertical and lateral nonlinear model of single vehicle, three connected vehicles and three articulated vehicles are built and their riding comforts are researched. The simulation results show that inter-vehicle suspension with optimized parameters can enhance ride quality greatly. And the articulated form is better than the simple inter-vehicle suspension structure. The experiments of a prototype composed of three articulated vehicles on vibration test rig shows that the articulated train can achieve excellent ride quality at 350 km/h.
