分布式网络化焊接数值模拟系统的研究

摘要: 根据焊接数值模拟的特点及企业进行数值模拟的困难性,提出了分布式网络化焊接数值模拟的基本思路,并建立了系统基本构架,介绍了系统功能。对实际焊接过程进行了数值模拟,结果表明,采用分布式网络化焊接数值模拟系统,用户不需熟练掌握专门技术便可进行焊接数值模拟,可有效减小数值模拟的工作量,提高生产效率,降低焊接结构的制造成本,提高企业对市场的响应速度和竞争能力。

Abstract: Because numerical simulation of welding is difficult to be performed in ordinary manufacture enterprise, distributed networked numerical simulation system of welding is proposed according to the characters of industry. The framework of the system is established and the main functions are presented. The real welding process is simulated numerically by using the system, and the result shows that customers can perform welding simulations without major skills by this system. The system proposed may simplify the complex process of numerical simulation, increase the efficiency, reduce the manufacture cost of welded structures, and improve the agility and competition ability of the enterprise.
