摘要: 提出了基于智能控制的发动机可变配气相位控制方法。采用神经网络构成配气相位产生器,解决了发动机脉谱图的输入与输出非线性映射问题。采用模糊控制器构成可变配气相位控制系统,解决了在无被控对象数学模型的情况下,可变配气相位难以有效控制问题。汽车道路试验表明:整个系统工作稳定,具有良好的动态和稳态性能,高速时汽车等速燃油消耗平均下降了10%,直接挡加速时间下降了4.8%,最低稳定车速限值降低了8.3%。

Abstract: The optimum valve generator is set up by the radial basis function network and fuzzy controller is given for variable valve timing (VVT) system of automotive engine. It has been proved by vehicle road test that the system has a better static and dynamic performance, and good reliability. The equal speed fuel consumption of automobile is reduced by 10% over no-install VVT at high speed. The acceleration time on direct speed is reduced by 4.8% over no-install VVT. The minimal stabile speed of automobile is reduced by 8.3% over no-install VVT.
