摘要: 复合型紊流润滑理论是一种新型的紊流润滑理论。随着机器向高速、大型化、大功率方向发展,滑动轴承越来越多地工作在紊流工况。将先进的复合型紊流润滑理论应用于径向滑动轴承的紊流润滑性能研究,提出了建立紊流润滑参数数据库的思想,使复合型紊流润滑理论能方便地用于工程实际,并将理论计算结果与滑动轴承紊流试验数据进行对比,同时用国际通用的Ng-Pan紊流润滑理论模式进行计算对比。研究发现,复合型紊流润滑理论与试验结果更为吻合,并在此基础上研究了径向轴承紊流润滑性能随工况参数的变化情况。

Abstract: More and more journal bearings operate in turbulent regime in modern turbine machinery. The advanced combined Reynolds stress turbulent lubrication model is used to analyse the perforance of journal bearing. The database of turbulent lubrication parameters is established to improved the application of the combined Reynolds stress model in engineering more conveniently. The study results have good agreement with existing experimental measurements. And the effects of operating conditions on bearings’ turbulent performance are discussed.
