摘要: 通过对压力面边界层分离条件的分析得出叶片型线方程并给出计算实例。着重强调在离心泵设计时 除了重视叶轮出入口参数的选择之外,更不能忽略叶片曲度对微观流动即边界层流动的影响。叶片型线的选择应满足边界层不分离条件及由欧拉方程——泵的基本方程所确定的理论扬程条件。

Abstract: According to the analysis on the boundary layer separation condition, parameter equation of vane curve for centrifugal pump is established. It is emphasized that the effect of boundary layer flow should not be neglected except for paying attention to the choice of parameters of inlet and outlet of vane in the design of centrifugal pumps. The choice of vane curve should satisfy the conditions of boundary layer non-separation and theoretical distance head by Eular equation—the basic equation of pumps.
