摘要: 通过等温压缩试验和金相分析研究了热变形参数对Ti-15-3合金固溶处理后微观组织的影响,并采用人工神经网络的方法建立了其等效晶粒尺寸及再结晶晶粒体积百分数与变形程度、变形速率和变形温度之间的数学模型。将此模型与热力耦合刚粘塑性有限元法相结合,对Ti-15-3合金热反挤成形固溶处理后的组织场进行数值模拟,并相应地进行了试验研究,模拟值与实测值吻合较好。这些研究成果对确定Ti-15-3合金工艺参数有重要意义。

Abstract: The effect of processing parameters on its microstructure after solution treatment is studied by isothermal compression test and metallurgical analysis The predicting model for the relation between equivalent grain size and recrystallized grain volume fraction with strain strain rate and temperature for Ti-15-3 alloy is developed with an artificial neural network method This model is incorporated into rigid-viscoplastic thermo-coupled FEM Code and the microstructure of Ti-15-3 alloy after hot back-extrusion process and solution treatment is simulated. Corresponding experimental research is performed.The simulated results are in good with the measured ones. These studies are significant for determining the processing parameters of Ti-15-3 alloy.
