电流变液体性能的试验研究

摘要: 以SrTiO3/PANI合成粒子为分散颗粒,通过试验研究分析颗粒的体积分数、不同的分散介质和添加剂对基于SrTiO3/PANI合成粒子的电流变液体性能的影响。试验结果表明:蓖麻油作为分散介质与SrTiO3/PANI粒子组成的电流变液体其电流变性能良好。通过回归分析得出基于SrTiO3/PANI合成材料为粒子的电流变液体在上述条件下的屈服切应力与电场强度的关系表达式。研究结果将为同类电流变液体的工程应用提供理论依据。

Abstract: Electrorheological suspensions performance basing on SrTiO3/PANI electrorheological particles under different volume of particles, different dispersing medium (silicon oil/ transformer oil/castor oil/liquid-paraffin/chlorination-paraffin) and different additive are presented. These electrorheologic regress analyse are obtained by the experiment, and the result has showed that the electrorheological effect of electrorheological suspensions of composing SrTiO3/PANI particles with castor oil are more greater than those of others in their electrorheological performance. The expressions of shear stress vs electric field have been obtained in different conditions by the experiment and regress analyse, which is the theory foundation of application for engineering.
