摘要: 为适应轿车布置设计的需要,在对轿车常用的两种悬架—车轮系统运动分析的基础上,建立了计算车轮运动轨迹最小包络面的数学方法;分析了车轮间隙空间设计要求,介绍了确定间隙值的方法。基于目前汽车行业采用的主要软件平台,研制了一个轿车前轮罩设计系统。

Abstract: Based on the kinematical analysis of two generally used suspension–wheel systems, a mathematical method for calculating the envelope of the bounced and rotated wheel is established. A design system of cars’ front wheel housing is developed on the main software platform widely used by current automobile industry, in order to conform to the compact-type package of the cars.
