摘要: 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对霍尔翼片传感器进行磁路仿真和设计。以Honeywell公司的2AV系列霍尔翼片传感器为例确立了静态和动态仿真的过程。用Sm2Co17永磁替代AlNiCo器件中的AlNiCo8永磁,并进行结构调整和优化,研制出的新器件与原器件性能参数一致,成本更低。

Abstract: Hall vane sensoi1 is designcd and simulated with FEA software ANSYS. The sfatic and dynainic simulation methods are cstablished and provcd to be accurate enough by simulating Honeywell 2AV scries Hall vane sensors. Sm2Col7 permanent magnet is substituted for AINiCoS permaiient magnet in the AINiCo Hall device, After revised and optimized, a new highly precise Hall device is got, which had the same performance as the original one and lower cost.
